Can I answer the survey for other people?
Yes, beginning in 2008 you can add other people in your household to your weekly survey form. We suggest you only answer for 2 or 3 others. We will be making the survey even faster so that there are less buttons to click.Can I change the email address that I use for the survey?
Yes, you can change your email address, just send us an email (to Flutracking@hnehealth.nsw.gov.au) advising us of the new email address. Please don't register for the study all over again, otherwise your old information will not be linked to the new email address.What if my postcode has changed for this year?
We will be adding a user control panel so you can update information such as changes in postcode. Next year, on enrolment we will ask all participants to confirm their postcode. Meanwhile you can email us with your change of postcode if you have time.
